KarobarUdhar (karobarudhar.com) is operated by Nitanya Digital Ventures, a sole proprietorship with its registered address at D-003, 81 High Street, Sector 81, Faridabad, Haryana 121002, registered under Udyam registration UDYAM-HR-03-0166405. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nitanya Digital Ventures.

3. What this site is
KarobarUdhar publishes information and free tools about small business owners. Everything on this site is general information.
Nothing on this site is financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. We do not know your income, your obligations, your credit history, or your circumstances, and nothing we publish is tailored to them. Before acting on anything you read here, consult a qualified professional who does know your situation.
4. Our calculators
Our calculators produce estimates using the figures you enter and assumptions stated on each tool page.
An estimate is not an offer. It is not a quotation, not a pre-approval, and not a commitment from any lender. Actual interest rates, fees, eligibility, and terms are set by the lender after assessing your application, and they will frequently differ from what a calculator shows.
We publish the assumptions behind each tool so you can judge whether they apply to you. Do not make a borrowing decision on a calculator output alone.
5. Rates and data
Interest rates, fees, eligibility criteria, and product features change without notice. We review this data on a stated schedule and label the review date where practical, but we cannot guarantee that any figure is current at the moment you read it.
Always confirm the current rate and fee with the lender directly, and read the Key Fact Statement the lender is required to give you, before you commit.
6. Third-party links
This site links to third-party websites, including lenders and affiliate partners. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their products, their decisions, or how they handle your data. A link is not an endorsement of everything that party does.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Faridabad, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
