What we cannot help with

We are a publisher, not a lender. We cannot process a loan application, check your eligibility with a specific bank, tell you the status of an application, adjust an EMI, or intervene in a dispute with a lender.

For any of these, contact the lender directly. If a lender has not resolved your complaint within thirty days, the RBI Ombudsman scheme is the next step and is free to use.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, tell us. Send the page address and what is incorrect. Verified errors are fixed within five working days and the page carries a note recording the correction.
