About KarobarUdhar
KarobarUdhar is run by lending professionals who have spent the last decade inside Indian banks and NBFCs — working on credit policy, underwriting, and MSME lending journeys. We started this site because most business loan content written for Indian entrepreneurs is surface-level — it explains what a Mudra loan or CGTMSE scheme is, but not what banks actually evaluate when an application reaches the credit team. KarobarUdhar offers the inside view: how a credit officer reads an MSME file, when Mudra or CGTMSE is the right fit and when it is not, and how to avoid the common rejection patterns. Our guides are written for small business owners who want a clear, honest read before they apply.
Who publishes KarobarUdhar
KarobarUdhar is published by Nitanya Digital Ventures, a sole proprietorship registered in Faridabad, Haryana under Udyam registration UDYAM-HR-03-0166405. It is run by Puneet Sanwal.
The background matters for a site about small business owners, so here it is. Roughly a decade in retail lending and fintech product roles across ICICI Bank, Paytm, and DMI Finance, on the side of the table where credit policy is written, underwriting rules are set, and loan products are designed. Not as a borrower, and not as a content writer researching the topic from outside.
That is the whole reason this site exists. Most Indian personal finance content is written by people who have never seen a credit policy document. The rules that decide whether an application is approved are not secret, but they are almost never explained in public.
